In order to collect prizes the follow rules must be met.

1.) Valid Full Name
2.) Valid Email Address
3.) Complete Valid Physical Address

Note: This information must be correct prior to winning any prizes (see below for instructions on changing your information). Winners with incorrect or missing information will forfeit any prizes won.

How to collect prize.
A email will be sent to the address on file. If you have some sort of spam filter you must add support@onlinekeno.net to your friendly list. You will be required to download the casino from the prize list and provide your user account id. ( NO PASSWORD).

Once you have done this, it will take up to 72 hours to be credited in your account.

If for some reason you do not receive a email from support@onlinekeno.net please just email us with the above information.

Note: If the email we receive from you doesn't match the one in our database, you will forfeit any prizes won.

How to change your information on your account.
You can change your information be clicking on your username link:

And then click on the update link at the bottom of the page:

If for some reason this doesn't work, email me support@onlinekeno.net with the changes you wish to make and we will take care of it.

Prizes are awarded weekly.
Scores are reset every Monday.
